Fast broadband and bad WiFi are two completely different problems
Upgrading to full fibre does nothing for a bedroom that cannot see the router. Kent's housing makes this worse than most: thick ragstone and flint walls in the older villages, foil-backed insulation and metal-web joists in the Ebbsfleet and Ashford new builds, and long thin conversions where the router sits at one far end.
We start with a survey — measuring actual signal and interference on both bands in each room — then design around what we find. Usually that means one or two ceiling or wall access points fed by hardwired Cat6, with a single seamless network name so devices roam without dropping.
Where cabling is impossible we use a properly specified mesh with a wired backhaul wherever we can reach, and we configure channels, bands and QoS rather than leaving everything on factory defaults.

Will a WiFi extender do the same job?
Rarely. Most extenders halve throughput and create a second network your devices cling to. Wired access points keep full speed and roam seamlessly.
Can you get WiFi to my garden office?
Yes — usually with buried external-grade ethernet, or a wireless bridge where digging isn't practical.
Do you work with any broadband provider?
Yes. We work behind whatever router your provider supplied, or replace it with a better one if it is the bottleneck.
Why is WiFi so bad in my new build?
Foil-backed insulation and metal-web floor joists reflect and absorb 5GHz signal. Cabled access points on each floor solve it.
